The Weinmann Haus Kft. manufactures and builds large-panel, environmentally friendly prefabricated houses for private and public customers in high quality, under controlled factory conditions, using innovative prefabricated house building technology and natural materials. From design to construction, we work to our clients’ needs, with guaranteed prices and deadlines. Our expertise, enthusiasm and customer-oriented approach ensure that the entire design, production and construction process at Weinmann Haus is predictable and transparent.

Our aim is to offer our customers homes that not only meet their needs, but also safeguard the future of our planet by preserving its values. When designing our buildings, it was important for us to keep their carbon footprint as low as possible, so we use only naturally occurring and recyclable materials in their construction.

Our technology is based on the computer-controlled system of Weinmann, the world’s largest manufacturer of CNC machining units: the CNC machining centre, the structure building tables, the multi bridge for the production of components, and the finished parts warehouse, all in one assembly line. With this assembly line, Weinmann Haus Kft. Hungary’s only prefabricated house manufacturing plant in terms of both quality and production capacity.
