This Privacy Policy(hereinafter referred to as the “Policy“) applies to the processing of personal data arising from the operation of the website of Weinmann Haus Kft.(hereinafter referred to as the “Controller“). The Data Controller takes great care to protect personal data, to comply with mandatory legal provisions and to ensure secure and fair processing.

1. THIS INFORMATION NOTICE IS BASED ON THE FOLLOWING LEGISLATION IN FORCE:
- on the right of information self-determination and freedom of information of 2011. Act CXII of 2006 (hereinafter: Infotv.);
- on certain aspects of electronic commerce services and information society services of 2001. CVIII. Act on the (hereinafter: Ektv.);
- on the basic conditions and certain limitations of commercial advertising activities of 2008. XLVIII. Act (hereinafter: Grt.);
- the Electronic Communications Act 2003. Act C of 2006 (hereinafter referred to as the “Ehtv.”);
- on the processing of name and address data for the purposes of research and direct marketing 1995. CXIX. Act;
- on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, 2016. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter the Regulation).
The Data Controller undertakes to comply with the provisions of this Notice and requests in particular that visitors to the website and users who apply for career advertising accept and comply with the provisions of this Notice. The Data Controller reserves the right to change this Notice, in which case changes to this Notice will take effect upon publication on https://weinmannhaus.hu/.
2. INTERPRETATIVE PROVISIONS
Terms used in this Notice have the following meanings:
data subject: any natural person who is identified or can be identified, directly or indirectly, on the basis of personal data;
personal data: data which can be associated with the data subject, in particular the name, the identification mark and one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity, and the conclusions which can be drawn from the data concerning the data subject;
consent: a voluntary and explicit indication of the data subject’s wishes, based on adequate information, by which he or she gives his or her unambiguous agreement to the processing of personal data concerning him or her, either in full or in relation to specific operations;

personal data breach: unlawful processing or handling of personal data, in particular unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, transmission, disclosure, erasure or destruction, accidental destruction or accidental damage.

You are informed that the Data Controller must comply with written requests for data from public authorities based on a legal mandate. The Data Controller shall inform about data transfers in accordance with the Infotv. 15. § (2)-(3) (to which authority, what personal data, on what legal basis, when the Data Controller has transmitted them), the Data Controller shall provide information on the content of the register upon request, unless the provision of information is excluded by law.

5.1.1 Legal basis for processing:

5.1.2 Purpose of data processing

5.1.4 Scope of personal data processed
The use of cookies placed on the User’s computer during the visit of the Website may automatically record the starting and ending time of the User’s visit, his IP address and in some cases, depending on the settings of the User’s computer, the browser, the type of operating system, the language, the parameters of the User’s device, the settings made by the User on the Website, the sub-pages visited and the time spent on them. The Operator does not and cannot link this data to personal data, and you decide whether to share it with us by explicitly authorising us to do so and by setting your browser cookies.
Other data provided for the use of the Website is also processed with the voluntary consent of the user.
The start and end time of the User’s visit, IP address, browser and operating system type, language, parameters of the User’s device, settings entered by the User on the website, subpages visited and the time spent on them.
5.1.5 Duration of data processing
The session IDs are automatically deleted when you leave the Website, but another part of the cookies helps the Operator to be aware of the User’s previous settings, the data and information provided by the User, other characteristics of his/her use of the Website, so that he/she does not have to re-enter them on the next visit and his/her settings are automatically loaded to provide a more pleasant user experience. The expiry date of these cookies varies, but they are typically present on the User’s device until they are deleted by the User.
The Operator shall not be liable for any of its pages that have been deleted but archived with the help of Internet search engines. It is up to the operator of the search page to remove them.
The data will be processed for as long as consent is not withdrawn or, in the absence of withdrawal, for as long as necessary for the above activities, provided that the duration of the processing does not exceed 10 (ten) years from the date of collection. The personal data will be permanently deleted after the expiry of that period or after I have requested the deletion of the data, or if the controllers establish that the personal data processed is incorrect and I fail or refuse to provide the correct data. I understand, however, that the controller may retain my personal data for a limited period in order to demonstrate compliance with applicable law.
6. DATA SECURITY MEASURES
The Data Controller declares that it has implemented appropriate security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, transmission, disclosure, erasure or destruction, accidental destruction or damage and inaccessibility resulting from changes in the technology used.
7. THE RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS:

the right to erasure of data | You have the possibility to request the deletion of your personal data, which the Data Controller will comply with within 5 working days at the latest. The right of erasure does not apply if the Data Controller is obliged by law to store the data further, nor in the event that the Infotv. 6. § (5), the Controller is entitled to further process the personal data. |
the right to block data | You may request the Controller to block the personal data if the final deletion of the data would harm the legitimate interests of the data subject. Personal data blocked in this way may be processed only for as long as the purpose that precluded the deletion of the personal data is pursued. |
the right to protest | You may object to the processing of your personal data, (i) where the processing or transfer of personal data is necessary solely for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject or for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, the recipient or a third party, except in cases of mandatory processing and where the processing or transfer is subject to the provisions of the Infotv. 6. § (5), or (ii) if the personal data is used or disclosed, without your consent, for direct marketing, public opinion polling or scientific research purposes. The Data Controller shall examine the objection within the shortest possible time from the date of the request, but not later than 30 days, decide whether the objection is justified and inform you in writing of its decision. |
7.2 Remedies
The data subject may exercise the data processing rights listed above by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address or registered office address of the Data Controller from an identifiable e-mail address of the data subject, or by postal letter signed by the data subject. The data subject’s declaration on the exercise of his or her rights is valid if the processing is clearly indicated.
If the data subject does not agree with the decision of the Data Controller, he or she may appeal against it to a court within 30 days of its notification. Legal remedies and complaints can be lodged with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information:
